Hi herin, police called my father on the same day. He visited police station and today is 3rd day of the visit. No update yet on the portal.

Don't worry, they have a cut off date as per local SP office and they wud have to call and clear the file before it.

Today finally my application status got updated as report is clear. how about you?

Mine is stuck on pcc report is CLEAR, ready for issuance since 31/12/2023

I have just sent them email to expedite process and update.
Lets see what happens.
Generally how long does it takes after issuance update.

Normally it takes around 10 days as per other people's timelines in this thread.

Great, I got a reply stating -
PCC processing time may takes six to eight weeks.
We will issue as soon as possible.

mine got an update on 31-12-2023.
day before on the 30th got a call from the police station and the status was updated the very next day.

It got updated “PCC has been printed”.

Timeline so far:
04/12/2023 - PCC application has been submitted
31/12/2023 - PCC report is cleared and ready for issuance.
08/1/2024 - PCC report has been printed.

police verification was done on 5th Jan. Did you inform anyone in your family to follow up with the local police station?

ok. My father called today and the police guy said he had submitted the application on 1st jan itself. idk what shud i do now?

What I understood from other posts in the thread is after the local police station completes their task the file goes to the SP office and from there status will be updated. so try to check with the SP office once since local police said it is completed from his end.
