Background Verification Started but not Review of Eligibility

That one is separate because that one take like a year or a year and 6 months so I’m not even looking at that side. Just wondering if they will actually finalize the study permit or not. Before I give up on it

my biometrics and eligibility shows completed, and my medical showing not started in addition to my background verification showing in progress. does anyone know how long background verification takes? and how do you send a webform?

Have you done Medicals ?
 
i don't need medicals because am in an exempted country in europe, but i feel like it should have been updated to something like exempted, then be left with BV
