Hi Everyone,
My application is more thar 5 months I was wondering what could be the case
ITA: Jan 18, 2023
AOR: March 13, 2023
Pre-Medical: April 4, 2023
Background check: In progress since April
Eligibility: changed from non started to In progress on Aug 17.
PVO: Etobicoke
SVO:Vanvouver

I called several times and last time on Aug 16 I was told everything is ready for final decision even eligibility is passed while it was not started at that time. I filled the webform last month but did not recieve any response. They said I should wait until mid september then call them again. I got a gost update on Aug 21 and my GC KEY got updated but nothing yet. Can I expect anything soon?

Hi! I called IRCC too today and they told me the same thing, they told me everything is completed and my file is just awaiting a final officer review. Is that what they said to you too? My tracker shows everything is completed since Aug 11 now!

Yes they said that to me as well but I don't see any chnage since then

Under PGWP, I did work for one employer on supervisor position for 8 months and then I changed my job and got another job where I got manager position for which my employer sent me for their food business training for 1.5 months. Now, my this training is done but the problem is their restaurant is not started but hoping to start soon. How can i describe this time period for not working? Can someone please help me out with this. Also, is it mandatory to submit the paystubs for my both of these jobs to claim 2 different NOCs to get 1 year experience in CEC?

Application Submission Date and AOR - 19th April
Medicals Passed and Biometrics - May 25th

There was a long silence from May 25th till July, So I ordered GCMS Notes and saw that my eligibility was under review required by the Case Analyst but no reason was mentioned. I decided to wait it out a bit.

Final decision received - September 1st

Tracker shows everything to be completed and COPR details are updated. Just waiting for my portal 1 email now.

I submitted on April 6, they asked me for additional documents (copy of all pages of the passport which was strange) in June, and since then, my tracker shows background check in progress and in GCKey my background has remained NA. Anyone in the same boat?

I just got my notes. It's with Edmonton/OSC. Eligibility passed, Criminality not started, info sharing complete. Any update for your case?

When's your AoR? what's your current status? My AoR is April 6 and my case is stuck in background check.

Mine is the same as yours with respect to status and every time I call to ask where they are I'm told to wait . GCMS notes not received in more than 60 days now

OMG, this sucks! is it possible to send another request for the notes? It might not be a bad idea if that's possible because of two reasons. The first reason is that maybe they give higher priority if your normal processing time has passed. In my case it took 16 days to send me the notes. The second reason is that the note they're gonna share will probably be dated back around the time you requested. In my case I requested on Sep 6, and the report is genereated on Sep 10.
