Thanks!
Many congratulations and I have been able to call them as you suggested. Agent confirmed nothing pending and since it is well in their TAT so need
Congratulations! That response time for the PPR is actually pretty incredible. Seems like they had forgotten about your file and got things going as soon as you sent those emails.

I wonder if it could somehow work for FSW outlanders as well. Guess this is something you March AORs can try your luck at next week if you don't hear anything?
to wait. Just checking, is it worth sending emails as I am May AOR with all stages completed over a month now. Please suggest and if you could share what you wrote, would be helpful (Can DM).
Thanks for the help!!
Thank you.

Hello, I'm not so sure about emailing them when your application is still within the processing time. However, there's no harm in trying.

Please find a sample of the email I sent below.

APPLICATION PAST PROCESSING TIME WHILE ALL STAGES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED

Dear Sir/Madam,

I trust this email finds you well.
I am (Your Name), (Sex) from (Your Country).

I had on 28th December, 2022 applied for Permanent Residence under the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). The current processing time for AIP applications is 6 months, however, my application has now been in processing for about 8 months.

I have reached out to IRCC via several webforms, emails, as well as by calling the call center agents. The agents have all consistently affirmed that all the necessary stages have been completed, with one agent in particular categorically informing me that my application was approved. Unfortunately, none of them seem to be able to explain the reason for the delay in issuing the final Passport Request email.

I have had an update on my GCKey account now for almost three months reading:

"Latest Update:
Final Decision-
April 3, 2023: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

IRCC had issued a medical exam request to my dependents and I on 3rd March 2023, which we all since passed on 29th March, 2023. An 'Invitation to Pre-Arrival Services' letter was also issued to my spouse and I as far back as on 4th March, 2023.

Furthermore, all correspondences from IRCC have indicated that they have all the information they need and that no additional documents are currently required to make a final decision regarding my application. The agents equally acknowledged that the processing of my application is past the normal processing time IRCC set for finalizing Atlantic Immigration Program applications.

I was wondering if your office could help intervene and look into this matter that has severely caused my family and I immense distress these past few months.

Please find below also relevant details of my application that your office may require:

AIP PERMANENT RESIDENCE APPLICATION:

Application date: 2022/December/28

Acknowledgement of Receipt Date: 2023/February/01

Full Name (as shown on my passport):
Surname:
First Name:

Passport Number:

Application Number:

UCI:

Email used for the application:

My Phone Number (used for the application):

Medical Exam Request Date: 2023/March/03

Invitation to Pre-Arrival Services letter Issue Date: 2023/March/04

Date of Medical Examination: 2023/March/21

Date of Medical Result Update to 'Pass': 2023/March/29

I look forward to your kind intervention on this matter. Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,

Your Name
Understood your point of view and thanks for quick response, I appreciate. Bit confused about sending email as PNP Express Entry TAT is 9 months so not sure if sending email would be considered positively or negatively :)
Wondering if there's anyone else who sent the email while they are well in TAT?

Last week went down the drain and don't hope much from this week as RROC wont do anything unless all people from March AOR crossed 5 month timeline.
Well that will be on Wednesday this week, so there might be some hope to see some movement. They already processed half March AOR two weeks ago, I really think it’s possible that they finish it this week/next week, as the 5–month deadline finishes in a few days

I have already crossed 5 months yesterday. But I am astonished by the apathy of this Visa office.

my AOR is also March 28. They processed March AOR up to 15th in the week of August 15 (2 weeks ago).. I really think we can expect some movement this week. And otherwise, from now on we can call IRCC and remind them that they passed their deadline..
RROC is indeed a really difficult VO :(
