Any Dec applicants with their test invite from Scarborough still waiting for LPP completion? I wrote my test from outside Canada, which was marked as complete on Apr 5th (updated on Apr 7). Since then, there have been no updates. I see many folks from the Scarborough office starting to get oath invites. Just wondering if I should be worried
I did my test outside of Canada on April 14 (updated on April 17). I had a citizenship interview at IRCC Scarborough on June 27 (received invitation letter on June 14). My LPP completed on July 7 and got my oath invitation on July 11 for ceremony on July 28

What did they ask during the interview? Is it about your moving outside of Canada? And did they want to know anything about your moving back?

I didn't move out of Canada. I had to go to my home country for an extended period of time because of a family situation.

During the interview the officer asked what I did for work and about my travel history. It only lasted about 15 or 20 minutes.

Her main concern was whether I met the physical presence requirements so she checked the stamps in my passport but I didn't have stamps for all trips because many of them were taken during covid and in my home country they were stamping passports then. She told me that alot travel wasn't a problem as that is your right as long as you maintain your PR status and meet your physical presence requirement.

She told me she would contact CBSA and if the my travel history from them reflected what was in my calculation was okay, that I should I expect to have my oath ceremony in 4 to 6 weeks. She also asked me if I wanted to travel in the next two to three months.

I saw some where on the forum that if you take your test outside of Canada you should email your processing office with your boarding pass when you return. I did that when I returned and I got the invitation to my interview a month later.

Sorry for the long post. If you have any other questions, let me know.

How did you know the oath is in person? I have the oath date in Tracker but no email confirmation.
I want to know if its in person or online.
Thank you in advance
