It seems most 2021 parents and grandparents applications are done.

Just called CIC. He said it need report technical issue to CIC that can’t register online tracker.
But your time is quite long. I already passed medical exam for more than one year. Additional documents added. After it, no any response.

Today I sent letter.. The reply after one month.. So I hope something will be good.

Mine medical exam already expired. Still waiting....But the news said inland applications needn’t retake medical. Mine is in MISSISSAUGA OFFICE too. How about your timeline?

Hi all,

I have received PFL for my father’s application in Parents and Grandparents sponsorship 2021. He has Chronic Kidney Disease stage 4 issue and IRCC has mentioned that he won’t be receiving the PR based on his current medical situation since he would be needing dialysis soon and the costs in Canada is higher for the same. They have given time till Aug 29th 2023 for me to reply. I have enquired with immigrant lawyers and the fees is 5000-6000 approx. I am not willing to spend so much for lawyers when they don’t even any guarantee for the case.
Can anyone suggest if what can I reply to the IRCC to avoid any refusals? Also, if anyone suggest if I have any hope in this situation.

I received a passport request on June 2 and scheduled a pick up for Monday. Wondering how long does it for VFS to return the passport? I have booked the ticket for June 25, 2023. I hope it gets sent back before the flight date.

So it took almost 1.5 years right?

Just quick question, how was the complete process after getting pre-arrival email?
My in laws are in Canada too on Visitor visa. Hoping to get some communication soon regarding passport request. Just wondering now they are here how does PR process work? Do they have to go any office to complete the process or everything is online and they mail to us.
