a lot of applicants have reported this change, i have noticed this 1st time since AOR. dont know whats the background of this.
Yes i know some have experienced this. I have no clue. The IRCC processing is falling flat on any kind of pattern/ trend analysis! Jigsaw puzzles are easier to decipher. On top of that, association with Montreal is rather disappointing across boards.
Hi there, may I ask what do you mean by "But montreal season has started, usually they issue ppr in 1st half of every month. ", does this mean they will issue PPR between 1st to 15th day every month most likely? Thanks!
