Yes as ADR in GC Key
This was for my Nephew - had created a new login to post his info - But realised logged in as me to reply. Well well ...

It just says :

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature.

He had a US visa refusal which he had explained.

What does the request say? We seen these requests for a range of background info related reasons (e.g. previously undeclared visa rejections).
Is there any background info that you feel is missing? E.g. missing data for a date range where there's no personal history or work history? They for most of the part are seeking a missing info. Are you sure there wasn't any missing info?

Tell your nephew to be as detailed as possible and watchout for unexplained gaps or missing background info. IRCC is specifically looking for that info. There are a couple of videos on IMM5669 (even for situations where you run out of space to fill info), do leverage those.

Just also wondering - after we submit the application - is there anyway we can refer back to the info we keyed in ? Not the documents submitted, but the information that was keyed in all the separate sections - like address, job history etc. Something he can probably refer to and figure out if he missed anything ?

I searched and found this on how to fill the Schedule A (you'll be fine if you don't mind the Indian accent):

Other than that, your newphew can find more videos as he hits a roadblock. Also, we are always here to help. Feel free to hit us up too.

A good part about Schedule A is that his BGS has started and some get their portal/PPR very fast after that. So, there's an upside here as well.

I am not sure. I personally took screenshots for references and never ventured into filled info. If anyone else can confirm that'll be great :)

Hi,

My company has a format for reference letters which includes salary, hourly wage, hour per week etc but it doesn't include job duties. The job duties are however gotten from our internal website but without letter head and signature. I asked my senior manager to sign the job duties and have it on a letter head. Can I attach this job duties letter to the reference letter? Will this be okay?

Thanks.
wrong thread, but I thikn it's okay to have your manager sign that and attach this to the company letter. People do this all the time.
