Okay that’s good to know, so in other words if there was a problem with the application or rejection they would have sent it back before an AOR correct?

As of today (March 18th), I'm unable to use the PR Tracker but I will be trying frequently and hopefully it will work once the application is in the system. The Biometrics will have to be done in person (Istanbul), due to Iran not having diplomatic ties with Canada. Once the Biometrics request comes, I'll have to get my wife (P.A.) a plane ticket from Tehran to Istanbul.

Yeah, that's correct. But even getting AOR doesn't mean 100% certainly it is good as I saw a few which got rejected after getting AOR (most likely because an agent missed an important detail or found some omitted document upon further review).
You should get BIL, MR and SA soon enough (within 1 month if the tracker is accurate).
If the application is incomplete yes it would've been returned before the AOR.. But that doesn't confirm the approval nor rejection.
Hi, got Aor on 15 march, I created tracker account as sponsor. And when I check the contact details the UCI mentioned is wrong, my address is not showing, my date of birth is wrong.
The PA tried to create account, but it's not working. PA doesn't have second name in passport.( Full name as given name ). Waiting for valuable advices. TIA

On GCKEy, mine updated the same day, within the same hour. However, on the tracker, I think it took almost a week. Tracker is slower than Gckey, from what I have personally experienced.
