As you have been issued a Procedural Fairness letter, your application will not be withdrawn.

Agree with this. I also see others like scylla have said the same. Your misrepresentation was caught. It is too late.

But my immigration lawyer said that it can be, she sent them a letter addressing the misinterpretation and asked to withdraw
It was a humanitarian letter
Can we track it online?

Immigration lawyers get paid no matter the result. There is no humanitarian ground to withdraw an application. I don’t know about the others but I know of no one who has ever been able to withdraw after getting a procedural fairness letter. Not sure what other things your lawyer is telling you, but even if your application is withdrawn, the visa officer who processed your application has already flagged you for misrepresentation. There is no way to erase that from their system.

It was for criminal charge 25 years ago, no prison time, just probation, so we sent them all papers for the criminal charge and asked to withdraw so we can get a record suspension (pardon)
We checked no to the criminal charge box cuz we thought it was erased considering it was 25 years ago and no jail time
But if we r asking to withdraw so we can get a pardon , u think they will still send the 5 year ban?

I don’t know if they will give a 5 year ban or not. I only know the fact that the criminal charge was not disclosed will be on the record, forever. That record cannot be deleted.

No idea what a "humanitarian letter" is. Failure to declare a criminal charge is extremely serious, no matter the length of time that has passed. IRCC will process the app to the end and you can expect a 5 year ban for misrepresentation.
