ECAS is only available for paper applicants... for online applicants you'll need to use the new tracker and it should show "in process" once you are able to create an account

yeah!

it's totally unpredictable.

wondering how they actually process the applications? like they have a portal, log in to it, and something like a ticketing system they pick up any application, scroll up and down and check and then checkmark a box that would email us the AOR? hahahah

Also, for online apps they can easily distribute AOR issuing load to other offices if they choose to. Sydney, NS does not need to be a bottle neck. They are online applications and can be accessed from any office!
But I guess they are going to stick to their traditional process :-/

My online portal still says "Submitted" and not In Progress, is there a separate online tracker other than the application portal?

How long does it take after AOR to be able to create an account on the online tracker? I got AOR this morning but I still am not able to create an account.
