Hi everyone!

I was wondering if someone has had a similar situation as mine. My mom has continued to live in her home country throughout the process, but from the most recent letter I got from the IRCC it seems that they think that she is currently in Canada ( and has been here the-whole time???!) They asked to answer a few questions, and are supposed to open a “portal” where she will complete her PR process by “virtual landing”.
My mom arrived to Canada asap, and she’s here rn. I still haven’t received the “portal” email though, and she is here only for a few days, and must go back following that.

Hello everyone,

I received a letter from CIC yesterday and said: Your application does not meet the requirements for processing as the following item is missing or incomplete.

I received this letter twice once in April and now, I submitted the first request on April 18,and the status of them changed to complete now ,but they change the status of some of the others files which is marked before as completed and now shows as returned and ask to resubmitted again.

did anyone experience the same thing?
Thanks

portal emails can be delayed so there is no guarantee she can finish the virtual landing within the few days window. if she is back in home country, send in a webform to ask for passport submission outland.
