Hi all, I'm in an unusual situation. I did my test on August 9. For more than 2 weeks, my test was not updated on the tracker. I sent them multiple emails, but nothing changed until August 23, when I logged into my tracker, I saw Updated but my test still shows in progress. I noticed that the orange banner that says "waiting on you" was also gone. Now I'm in limbo, not sure if I should take it as though my test was updated even though it still shows in progress. Has anyone been in this situation before? Any suggestions?

Same situation here, Montreal Office.
Emailed them but had no response.

Hello everyone,

My timeline is below
Application type- single paper application
Office- Scarborough
AOR- 28th Jan
BG check completed -17th Feb

But since 17th Feb there is no update. I have submitted GCMC notes on 7th July and never heard back from IRCC. What should be my next step?

Here's my final timeline (Mississauga Office, Paper Application, Single):

- Application received: November 1st, 2021
- AOR: January 4th, 2022
- BG check completed: February 8th, 2022
- Test invite: April 5th, 2022
- Test Taken: April 11th, 2022
- Test updated to completed: April 13th, 2022
- Physical presence, language skills and prohibitions completed: June 2nd, 2022
- Decision Made: June 2nd, 2022
- Oath invite: August 8th, 2022
- Oath email received: August 9th, 2022
- Oath Ceremony: August 15th, 2022
- Application status closed: August 16th, 2022.
- Citizenship certificate received: August 30th, 2022.

The whole process from beginning to end took exactly 10 months.

I have a trip to India at the start of December. There's no way I have enough time to get the passport, surrender Indian citizenship, and get an OCI.

I am considering asking them to postpone my oath until after January. Any examples of people being successful with this?

I have a friend that did the same, he just postponed the oath, went to India for a month, came back a got the oath scheduled within a weeek. Good luck !!!

I see this week with people bg completed August 17-24 getting test Invites from Scarborough.I would try sending an email for gcms notes.
