If Parents are here in Canada already on Visitor Visa, do you think I should inform them via WebForm ?
Yes, you should, every time they go out of the country of citizenship/residence you should update Travel History form along with the current address.

does anyone has a problem to link the application or finding the status using gckeys. I tried both ways but none of them shows anything. Said no application found. My mother-in-law done medical, biometry, and they asked for PCC and my father-in-law's death certificate. Sent those at June 01, 2022 using email address provided. But still unable to see the status!!!

You have to enter correct number in last quest question. Number of people: Applicant + applicant dependent + Sponsor + cosigner if applicable. Don't include sponsor children.
Try UCI of Principle applicant.
This might help you....

Hello! I’m new here. My mom’s application was sent on December 5th, 2021 right before the deadline and she still hasn’t received the AOR. Is anybody else in the same boat? It’s been over 8 months now. Should we worry?
Application submitted Nov 17,2021. Still not even a single update.

Hope someone can give an advice.
last month i got biometrics letter, then medical and last approval as sponsor.
biometrics done, police clearance done...pending medical.

My mom got diagnosed early this year with stage1 cancer in uterus... she had hysterectomy and it was succesful. No need to chemo or radiation. She just had a check up and all is good. We did asked for clearance, but her oncologist requested to have pet ctscan to rule out cancer.
If we have to wait for the result, we might not meet the 30days

question- should we request extension to IRCC and get all the test so we have all documents and clearance before scheduling her medical

or will schedule her medical now and let the IRCC physician request the necessary test?

appreciate some advice please
As per my experience, it is not a big deal if you fail to comply with 30 days timeline for medical test.
One of parent's health was not very well and no one was available to take them to Pune/Mumbai etc. for medical tests.
We did intimate ircc via web form query about inability to do this in 30 days (but didn't receive any meaningful response)...and submitted it after 3 months.
Medicals got sucessfully updated on IRCC site with status "Medicals passed"

Hello I am in receipt of PCC today. Its says police clerance from country where resided for more than 6 months after 18 yrs. You are required to provide pcc from UAE.
I am Indian national , residing in UAE for last two yrs.
Since the letter specified UAE, do I need to prove PCC from India too?

my status shows ‘We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements’
Is this means sponsor approval?
My medical done and passed on 15 June PCC also submitted. Fingerprints at the time of Visitor visa (2019) are valid. All formalities from our side are complete till date sponsor approval not received.

Hi,

I don't have advice for you in this situation beyond saying that you should speak to a lawyer who regularly deals with medical inadmissibility cases as soon as possible. What I know is that IRCC decides if it's likely that the applicant will cost the health care system $20,000 a year or so over the next five years (or sometimes ten), and then base their decision on that. Someone having cancer is a real question mark, so it would be great if you could have someone help you who knows what they're doing.

Whatever you decide, don't leave IRCC without an answer when the deadline to respond comes. One possibility is that the immigration doctor himself will decide to wait for the additional scan before filing a final report, but I don't know this for sure.
This is my opinion but do your research as well.
Medical inadmissible is the only for communal health risk for Canadian.i.e. T.B. Or any other cases not based on some $ amount. I have seen cases with brain tumor 2 to 3 surgery in the past , still get approval but yes Brain tumor was non malignant.

As per my suggestion, directly contact panel physician and ask them.

Also, get some family doctors opinion by asking the questions the way medical exams done for immigration. Hope you understand.
