I am continuously trying to login to GC Key but its the same thing. I login and there is this password window and I click on 'continue to Canada Immi site' and then again login to GC key and the same window again. It's like cycle goes on and on.

I think I have to wait for few more days?

Or you can try it on another computer.
Whenever this happens I just use another computer or laptop and usually it works fine. Safari on my Mac never works with cic website, even if I clear the cookies and use incognito mode. but PC can log me in everytime. I stopped trying to find out why. Thank you Microsoft.

Speaking from my experience on Mac, Whenever this happens you need to quit the browser. When I say quit it should be right-clicking on the app icon in the dock and selecting the quit option or from the menubar use (Chrome -> Quit Google Chrome). And try again, it should work.

Almost a month for biometrics after AOR and a day after biometrics got sponsor eligibility email

Hi, I got my application returned due to IMM5406 Family. I don't know what's missing but should i submit it for all the family members including those non accompanying my parents ( Married sister > 21 years) ?

Was the biometrics only for principal applicant as well? Or the dependant got biometrics letter as well?

I am asking as the my brother is sponsoring our parents and only the principal applicant got biometrics letter but the dependant on the application did not.

Hello, I have applied for Parent sponsor on Nov-20-2021. Received email from IRCC on June-9th with UCI and application number asking for form IMM 5748 if not already submitted. since form is already submitted with SIN not sending it again. Now I'm trying to link application through GCKey. I register my self with my email id (sponsor email id) but whenever I login it just show password screen and continue button which will take to Canada immi site. Should I have to register with principle applicant email id? or should I wait for few more days to check and link it ? whoever already linked it what did it show when they login using GCKey?

I applied on 4th Dec 2021 and application got returned on April 22, 2022. As requested i send the froms with physical signature back with in a week on the email they provided and since then no update , any idea how can i ask for the update ? is there anyone in the same situation ?

No. Everyone on the application should have a separate biometrics request letter, if they have not provided biometrics to IRCC in the past 10 years.
If this is a mistake, sponsor or PA can send enquiry thru webform.

This is a common tech glitch. Try another browser/computer or wait several days. You can search in this forum" IRCC login error" and find fixes of all sorts.
Once the glitch stops haunting and you are logged in, find this line:
"Did you apply on paper or don't see your online application in your account? Add (link) your application to your account to access it and check your status online."
Follow this link in your acc and you'll be fine.
I linked with sponsor acc. Works fine so far.

No I don't have any update.

But when I checked their status thru f12 trick, I saw that the update status was gone.. It was different from before.
