Landed in calgary today, from my first day(too early to say) the city looks like a ghost town (for the 4th biggest city in canada),people seems nice and helpful.

Landed first in Vancouver, like kangaroo said Asians everywhere(mostly Korean not Chinese), missed the connection flight as expected but they took care of it.

Try to avoid delhi airport it is too crowded, took me 3-4 hrs to board the flight.

Immigration-self declaration in the kiosk then pass the first counter where they will seal your declaration that you printed from kiosk. Then proceed to Immigration, for God sake I repeat for what ever reason don't jump the line ,someone tried to do that the officer sitting in the counter yelled at him.so don't do that what ever the situation may me.Once you go to a ne arrival (Immigration office) there is a staff he will collect your address then tell it will take 3-4 months to get pr card ,after that wait in the line the officer will ask the std questions and will sign the copr.
I was not asked about the goods to follow as i am couriering it from US/POF
Officers are nicer when compared to USICS
But they are not very cool the guy in front of me got roasted, I seriously think they wouldn't allow him in because they were not convinced his business plan was legitimate, I was really surprised to see that (when I thought about 75 crs draw)
How much time did it take for immigration at Vancouver airport? Also at what time did you land?

I am pediatrician specialist with NOC 3111 and CRS score of 481.

What are my chances of getting an ITA after the draws resumes in July?

Will the proposed NOC specific draws make me ineligible for ITA?

Keep in mind that as a foreign trained physician, it will be very hard (although not impossible) for you to be licenced to practice medicine in Canada.

Hi folks,

I have been facing the issue of profile being ineligible for the last few days. I have tried multiple times for creating new profile, but each time when I transmit and submit the information, it shows the message that I do not meet the requirements (even when I'm eligible enough).

For better idea, my profile details are:

Age: 33
Married
Education
: Masters
Ielts: 8.5, 8, 7.5, 7 (L-R-S-W)
Work exp.: 4-5 years (employed + self employed)
NOC: 0213, 2173
Sibling in Canada

No prior refusal..

Kindly help if any one has encountered the same error. Thanks
Did you enter your ECA/WES info?

$700 for how many days??
And how are you planning to get a job and long term resident??
We need to provide an address for PR card right, which address did you give there??
Sorry for questioning too much
700 for a month
I gave an acquaintance address in Ontario didn't have an issue with that
Plan for the job -that is a very complicated question I heard networking is everything so I will adopt 3 strategies ,first apply for small jobs for survival because I don't want to finish my savings preferably this shouldbe in a warehouse, make as many connections I can in linked in that helped me in houston ,apply in indeed .
No need for apologies for a valid question, that is why we are all here for to help each other.

Can you share how much experience you have in each NOC?
