Hello everyone
I applied super visa for my mom , she had plan to came on March but as her visa issued last min she could not arrange her travel, she git ticket will came mid July ,mu question is about her travel insurance that I bought and submit to ircc , start effect date was March as my mom wanna stay 40 days only is she still need one year valid insurance from arrival date or her current insurance is fine even started and has less than one year

Thanks in advance

All Insurance company move the date forward , you could have called your agent and simply ask them to move the date.

IRCC understand this , so you do not need to worry , the Insurance doc should be for 1 Year , and usually the date which you entered in your Application , if processing takes times and that date crossed , it's OK ,
this will not be reason for rejection

Good Luck

No buddy, I didn't miss any email or any other communications. I have a separate email created for my parents and I check them very frequently and as well as the portal. I added these details which will help others, not to someone to point fingers at me. Better you do your goddamn job and help others, if you could.

Congratulations man.

I got my mom's PPR today, but no update on my dad's application since after they submitted medical upfront in March 2022. They applied for supervisa on Feb 9th.

What does MP means? And how do I contact them? My dad has not received any email for additional medical request.

Looks like all the group applications are stuck like this. Member of Parliament, for us its very difficult to get in touch with IRCC and requesting for GCMS notes is taking ages. Follow this forum, I have added I did and what needs to be done in terms of contacting the MP

About a week or so, they took 2 days to pick up the envelop after generating the AWB and within three days the passport was stamped and we received it. So hardly a week. VFS Bangalore

Thanks for suggestion , I do that , Not need your Suggestion for doing good to other
My intension was not to hurt you ,
My mother also got additional medical request , and for that We got proper Email from IRCC to visit Dr.
So it is not possible that IRCC selectively did not informed you , (Email missing is totally on you, don't blame IRCC did not informed you;) )

Rules are same for all , Good Luck

MP means "Member of Parliament ". (Just letting you know Contacting MP facility is only if you are in Canada)

Please visit this link to find your Local MP and their contact details.

Hello,
I plan to apply for my mother's supervisa next month. Her visitor visa application has been refused 2 times before. She is currently working in a government job and will retire after 2 years. Wanted to check if it will cause any issue if we apply her supervisa for 2 months since I was skeptical about applying for the TRV third time.

Yes , You can apply for Super Visa for your mother.
that should not be an Issue

Just wanted to understand what was reason for rejection of Both TRV's ?
If it is Tie- up issue with home country and during your super visa you did not rectified , then chances are again S V might reject
so work of the rejection reason before reapplying

Good Luck

First rejection was due to missing document. And the second rejection was provided for multiple reasons. My brother had just moved to Canada on PR and I was already there in Canada on work permit - weak family ties to home country, the bank details she submitted were not consistent with her pay stubs. She did not have any travel history.

The only strong point she has is that she is currently working in a government job with decent pay and we have few properties in the home country on
