Hello Fellas!

I have a quick question regarding with the medical request. It stated in the letter that it needs to be done within a 30 day period. When I’ve checked the panel physicians they are all full. The earliest that I can book for an appointment is on May 30th which will exceed the 30 day period.
I’m kinda worried about it.

here is my mom’s timeline
Online app : Nov 7, 2021
Ghost email : March 8, 2022
Biometrics Request : April 19, 2022
Medical Request : April 20, 2022

I guess you'll have to submit a web form to let IRCC know and seek extension until May 30th. btw, which country, location is that?

Hi everyone,

I received the BIL two days ago and the medical exam request today. My parents in mainland China. Just wondering how long much longer after medical will it take for them to get their PR approval? I applied in Nov 2021 and the website says the processing time is 32 months...is it my wishful thinking that after medical their application process is nearing the end? Thanks for your insight!

Where do you see it "in process" with F12 trick only? Cause I submitted on the same date and I don't see anything yet.
Not even the application number in the portal.

Oh my bad! I don't see In Process in F12. I gotta update my signature.

For those of you who's parents have passed the medical exam, does the portal tell you if one parent passes when the other doesn't?

I received an update in my GCKey today and it says medical exam passed. I'm wondering if that applies to both parents or just the principal applicant?

Schedule A: The form received is incomplete. Please resubmit a separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please ensure that all questions under #4 a) through k) are answered and you leave NO gaps in information. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/eIMM5669E.pdf

Note: There is a new version of the form IMM 5669 Schedule A- Background/Declaration available on IRCC’s website that is meant to be completed electronically, validated and printed. Please ensure that you sign the form by hand once it has been printed.

My question is : There are two 5669 (Schedule A) forms available on IRCC site which one I need to fill and send.

For ECAS... On-line services, what identification type and whose date of birth are you filling in the form. I mean, of the sponsor or the principal applicant

I use UCI as identification type and tried with both mine and my father - the principal applicant. Statuses remain the same for both.

Book an appointment for the earliest possible available date with the panel physician. For IRCC, request for an extension of the time period in the Web Form and attach the appointment proof/slip showing that the nearest possible date is beyond 30 day period

received a formal reply today on April 21, regarding a webform sent on Feb 26 about my parents medical results. no idea if my webform triggered them to update the results on gckey, or the two things are totally unrelated.

April 21 webform formal reply

So turn around time for a webform with full details (file no and UCI) is about two months. VO mississauga.
