I am a Feb 2016 OINP FSW Outland applicant currently waiting for Doc Request. I've been thinking of just ordering my duplicate ECA from WES in advance. I have the following question:
1. There's a field when ordering a duplicate, where it ask to whom I'm addressing it. Should I just mention OINP or the officer? If it's officer, then it would make sense to just wait for them to ask for the duplicate ECA?
2. If I do go ahead and order the duplicate, do I just email the receipt to ontarionominee@ontario.ca? That's it? Wouldn't it be weird to just send this without them asking it even though they'll probably ask for it at some point? It just seems a bit rude?
I'm just asking for advice and would appreciate it if someone can help me with that. Thanks in advance!
