What can be a proof of residency when CIC ask you for it? Like Bank Statement or your Canadian Passport?

An apartment lease in your name, or home ownership, or a mortgage; utility bills; a bank account, in particular if statements show use in Canada; credit card statements showing use in Canada; filing your taxes as a resident; entry and exit stamps in your passport; proof you were working in Canada or going to school in Canada; etc.
If the visa officer is giving you a hard time about this, look for even more proof: health club or gym membership; a letter or affidavit from a religious leader stating you attend services; letters or affidavits from your doctor or dentist stating you had appointments on certain dates; anything that would show you were in Canada.
