we have applied for daughters PR card renewal back in April 2014.Later Upon checking the status it showed that they received may and processing started in july.
I have been checking since then and the status never changed.And today I called CIC because the application surpassed the processing times shown.
The agent at CIC told me that they have mailed your card in August 2014.But we never got any card,So he told me send a new form called Solemn Declaration.
Any body ever went through this.Do you by chance know how long that will take??
