I have a question about table H in form cit0407. I used to be on study permit and then work permit and then PR in the past 5 years. Let's say my study permit document was from 2015-03 to 2017-09, I renewed my study permit and got a new one from 2017-09 to 2018-01. I got a work permit at 2017-05 to 2020-05, and then I became a PR at 2019-06-02. Here are my questions:
1- What should I write in the column "Date your status was expired"? Is this the expiration date in the document (for example work permit is 2020-06) or the date I got my new status (using start of PR status 2019-06-02 as the expiry date of my work permit)?
2-If I had a renewal of study permit should I add one entry to the table or two entries for each study permits?
3- In the chart for absences BEFORE you became a PR, should I include the travels that were 6 or more years before my application date or just the travels in the 5 years before application? The form says BEFORE and it doesn't indicate any number of years.
I would greatly appreciate your help.
