i got my PASL on Apr 26. My lawyer told me i can get ecopr between 6 and 9 months after Arp 26
Looking for clarification on below situation in case anyone has faced this recently:
Our startup’s LoS was issued about seven months ago on the 20th October 2023 and it got expired on the April 19th. Three of the four members submitted the PR application before the expiry of the LoS while 1 member wasnt able to submit on time due to the expiry of his wife’s PCC and he had to arrange a new one from his home country. Now the DO needs to revalidate/renew our LoS, but the DO is saying that this might impact their new quota of 10 LoS per year.
Question: would the renewed LoS be considered from the DO’s new quota or would it be considered as previously issued LoS. Has anyone faced this problem recently. We are getting mixed views on this from different lawyers.
