I just logged into the OINP website and noticed a new In-Demand Skills Pilot link near the bottom left part of the screen that is not active but is new. Has anyone heard of this In-Demand Skills Pilot?

I only found out more info from your post and a quick Google search (albeit from an unofficial source):

I do believe consultants sometimes have reliable inside information, but until then, let's wait until we officially hear it this coming week.

Oh wow, great find! I bet that's it and is the reason why they did system maintenance this weekend. Unfortunately this pilot program doesn't apply to most of us EE skilled workers. I hope they will reopen the HCP stream soon. This might reduce the number of spots available for us HCP stream people.
