1. When does the new master's stream start every year, so that i have a chance to get into the pool of applicants that year?
2. Does me fulfilling all the program requirements guarantees the PR in Canada or will i need to compete with other applicants, or how does the selection process work?
3. Will i have to stay in Ontario forever within this program or would i be ale to move to BC for instance later on in my life?
