Applicable to what? You can see on the NOC website at http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Occupations.aspx?val=5 that all of them still exist. Since the 2nd digit is 2, they are skill level B occupations and will give you points for a skilled worker application.
However, to be able to apply as a skilled worker, it's not enough to have 67 or more points and a year of skilled work experience anymore. You also have to qualify for one of the categories under the ministerial instructions. Those are:
1) your job is on the CIC most wanted list of 38 occupations (which it isn't)
2) you have an approved job offer (AEO) from Canada
3) you are already in Canada working or studying for the last 12 months or more
