I have applied to colleges in CANADA and once offer letter come I will need to start the LOAN. I read few post where the BANK DENY TO FUND 10000CAD that is living expenses for GIC account.
I really need to get that FUNDED. PLEASE GUIDE ME how can I get that amount and WHICH BANK WILL FUND THE EDUCATION FEE + GIC AMOUNT.
