hi sir can i apply for non spp and general catagory study visa because i got 6 bands in ielts but unfortunately in writing i got 5.0 so thats why i want to apply in this catagory .i have 65%marks in Mechanical enggneering 3 year diploma and my ielts score is speaking -6.5 ready -6.0 listing 5.5 and writing 5.0 band and overall 6.0 bands .plz tell me how i get canadian student visa and which college university is best for me to get visa plz suggest me and tell me something about foundation program because many consultants said with foundation english program your visa is approved
