In my friend case.
He doesn't have this forum account.
He applied AINP to CIC at NOV 2015.
His timeline is Medical Request and Mediclal test Done in last september
And he applied BOWP last December but still waiting for getting BOWP
CIC said "We sent BOWP paper to his visa agency in April by mail"
But His ageny didn't receive any mail.
So He was re-applying BOWP in June.
When can he get the BOWP visa?
And Can he out of Canada for 1~2 months?
He can't get any job and He think can't go to his country now because he doesn't have any visa. :'(
