I have received the ITA in the last draw. For POF I am providing a gift deed from my Wife for the whole amount.
My Questions are as follows;
1. Do I need to provide a bank statement of the wife also if she is giving me the money through Gift Deed???
If Yes, How many months of bank statement required??
2. I have a joint bank account with my wife (but she is not accompanying with me, hence it will not be admissible). I have to open a new bank account and transfer this money in the new account.
If I am providing Gift Deed then is it really mandatory to have a bank statement of 06 months. In my case, it will be only 1-2 months. Is it ok??
