All other SINP immigration categories remain open, with the exception of the Entrepreneur Category which is currently undergoing review. The Entrepreneur Category will begin accepting applications under new criteria once the review has been finished sometime in 2014.

According to the SINP, the following categories are still accepting applications:

  • International Skilled Workers with an Employment Offer – 5,000 spaces left
  • Existing Work Permits & Health Professionals – 1,000 spaces left
  • Saskatchewan Graduates – Students – 400 spaces left
  • Out-of-Province Graduates – Students – 250 spaces left
  • Hospitality Workers – 300 spaces left
  • Long Haul Truck Drivers – 200 spaces left
  • Farmers – 25 spaces left

The above intake caps are in effect until December 31, 2014.
