Due to my husband's health issue, we raised a Webform to apply Refugee Travel Document. We added that my husband need to travel to another country to get treatment and as a wife, I will accompany him. We got an email from IRRC that I want to consent my husband to be my representative. They don't accept IMM 5476.
Has anybody experienced the same situation and can you please share how did you proceed? Thank you so much.
