I am working as a gig worker for events, and starting may the 20 hr limit is valid on me.
I am scheduled to work on
17th May 7.5 hours
18th May 8 hours
19th May 9 hours
I am not working any other day in that week or the week after so I am confused if I am going over 20 hours a week.
If week starts from Sunday(12th May)-Sat(18th May) I will be working 15.5 hours that week. Sun(19th May) - Sat(18th May) I will be working 9 hours that week.
But if the week is Monday(13th may) - Sun(19th May) I will be working 24.5 and that will be over the limit.
This is not a payroll job, rather a gig job and I get paid adhoc for the day I work.
