Hi there my common law partner has a big medical issue and this is the reason my pr is taking so long hte panel physician is suggesting him to undergo angioplasty and its a high risk and involved huge money to do the pr9cedure.Is is posible to cancel him from my application and what posible will happen to my a0plication.

No - you can't remove your common law partner from your application. If you want your application to be approved, both of you have to pass the medical.
Did you already hear from CIC that the medical condition may cause his app to be rejected due to excessive demand? While your panel physician is free to recommend any procedures, the only decision that matters on whether someone is approved or not based on health reasons, is CIC.garingan30 said:
