Husband to Visit and kids to come study till with me Canada

I am an international student with a 2 years course I'm rounding up my first year of school. My husband intends to come visit me and bring our four children with him aged 15, 12, 9 and 5, but the kids will be staying behind with me when my husband leaves.
They just all need a visitor visa correct? or do the kids need a study visa?

If coming to stay and go to school then study permits. You will want to show the funds that can support them while you study.
