Flying from a different country with CoPR

I am an Indian citizen with a CoPR hoping to land in Canada soon. I was wondering if it's okay to travel to Dubai on tourist visa and then fly from Dubai to Canada.

Will this cause any issues on landing? Is it even allowed?
