Divorce certificate pending for PR application

Hi! I am seeking help from this group as I am having uncertainties. I have filed my divorce application and submitted the proof of filing to IRCC already. Almost 3 months ago I received a letter informing me that I am granted 90 days to provide my divorce certificate, however, I encountered a problem with serving the documents as he lives outside of the country. There is a lot that needs to be done and it is quite toxicating already. Decided that I will just withdraw the simple divorce application and will file for joint application rather. In what ways will this impact my PR application since I can not provide yet the divorce certificate that they are asking from me? with the above scenario, what is the best way to approach this situation? sorry for the long post and thank you for taking the time
