Is someone here experiencing the information that I input in applying CAQ for a minor child confused about Indicate the number of persons in your immediate family who are already in Québec or who will accompany you during your entire period of study.
I'm my case I put only myself accompanying my child since I'm already here in Quebec with a valid work permit.
On the other hand, I also apply an open work permit for my common-law partner but the application of the CAQ send me a consent declaration wich is my common law and does not accompany my child While staying in Quebec.
Does the CAQ for study of my child affect of applying Open Work permit for my common-law partner since our child is dependent on his application?
