I am in similar situation. IRCC asked for resubmission of my spouse's biometrics which we did in April 2024. and still on tracker it is showing as in-progress. there is no update no reply and our background check is not being completed because of this. when I call IRCC they have no added information. Not sure what to do, already raised a webform but no reply.
