Is this for TRV? How old are you? What is purpose of property in father’s name for you?Hi,
I'm from India. Is there any particular format for Affidavit of support from father (if property and bank account in father's name). Also is there any changes in affidavit depends upon the states?
So you are not a dependant. Show your own bank statements. You can include your dad’s bank statements but IRCC doesn’t need to consider them. If property not in your name then no point in including.It's for visiting visa aged 25.

Funds - bank statements over past 4 months (length of visit should show that you can afford visit and have funds left over)
Ties to return - job letter with approved leave, business, income property

So include as many documents as possible to return to home. Family ties to return are not parents/siblings. Cousins can write letter of invitation. IRCC doesn’t consider them immediate nor extended family.I do not have any Canadian TRV. Cousins were my family members.

What do you mean? In the application, you will be able to download bank statements and pdf with letter or invitation/job letter etc.So this is the format right?
