On November 19, 2016, the government of Canada implemented a range of improvements to the Express Entry immigration selection system. The updated Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System includes new factors, as well as changes in the number of points awarded for certain factors. In addition, changes have been made to the overall Express Entry application process.
