What docs are need to get notarized?

My lawyer is intending to submit my file with the original docs only Experience Letters and PCC but not Education Certificates and IELTS certificates? he has taken all necssary forms scanned copy from me via mail having signed by me? does CHC ask these docs afterwards or reject the case?

It depends on your full document request letter. You have to submit documents in whatever form they have requested for. Did your consultant show you the letter?

As per CHC New Delhi
Education Certificates - Here you need to send notarized copies of documents and original transcripts of all degrees in university sealed envelope
IELTS Certificates - Original
Experience Letters - Original Reference letters & notarized employment letters
PCC - Original

Its all Local visa checklist specific and would suggest you refer to it first before sending documents. Send what is asked.

Rocky's list is the exact list of documents for which originals is required.

CHC ND instructions:

Do not send originals unless otherwise stated. Send notarized photocopies of all documents except the police certificates, which must be originals. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals.
