What do you mean without swift ID? where did you send it? Did you follow the instructions provided? How long has it been since you sent the amount?

I sent the amount by third party sender, he already provide me his Trace investigation report.
As per the report amount has been credited to college's bank account. but college is not confirming anything about this.
I sent this amount on the first week of Jan 2020

As others have said, you need to provide more information.

I'm not sure your complaint is with the college. I think it's with the third party that transferred the funds. Who is the third party? Are they reputable?

SWIFT ID is mandatory.
 
What college? What third party provider? How did you transfer funds without a SWIFT ID?
