Working with an IEC visa

Hi all,

I’ve been granted a work permit under the IEC program. I’m curious as to what jobs I’m allowed to do. I’m a software developer/consultant so ideally I’d like to stay in this field. Would I be able to get either a perm or contracting job under this visa? Any help would be great. Thanks!

It is an open work permit so you can work in any field unless specified (eg health, childcare if you don’t have medical).
