If somebody works under any Canadian business organization/company and lives outside Canada, will he/she lose his PR? Because of his job he was not able to stay in Canada continuously. But often visit Canada. Will those days will be counted when he/she will be living aboard to work under Canadian Company which is outside of Canada? The company is not govt company.but Canadian registered company who opened their business at another company.

Thanks.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
They are pretty strict on what they consider a Canadian employer. Just because you get a job at a company that has a branch in Canada doesn't mean you can keep your PR forever. Even if the company has its headquarters in Canada. What is accepted is that if you are working for a Canadian employer in Canada already and they transfer you to an overseas branch, then you will not lose your PR just because you accepted this transfer.
