My work visa is expiring in a few days, my employers attempted to get a lawyer but they (my employers) are taking too long to submit the information for the LMIA to be submitted and my work visa extension application to go in so I can continue working. Anyone able to shed some light on what my options are to stay in Canada while waiting to hear back about my Permanent Resident application? Can I apply for a visitor visa?
