It's certainly possible if you can find an employer who is willing to give you a job offer and who can also obtain an approved LMIA.
It does tend to be very difficult to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process.
Thanks for your reply. I am living in Québec with valid csq, do I still need to go through lmia procedures?
