Withdrew sponsorship once , submitting sponsorship again

Hi guys I had submitted a sponsorship for my wife ( outland ) previously but withdrew it using the webform giving breakdown in relationship as the reason. It was accepted. Now my relationship with my wife has improved and I want to submit the sponsorship again, how likely it is to be successful? I did not file for divorce or anything like that just a bad phase in the relationship
