Withdrawing refugee with criminal record to go back my home country

Hi, I filled the withdrawal forum at IRB and today i got confirmation letter of withdrawal refugee claim. Now, i have to go CBSA for further instructions but i had some small criminal charges like theft under $5000 for which the court issued the benched warrants against me. Can anybody tell me what will happen at CBSA or they gonna pause my all criminal cases and give me voluntary departure order within 30 days. If i come back Canada in future my cases will open again. Can anybody confirms me or give information about this. Thanks

No, they wont pause your criminal case. They can either place you in detention until outcome of your criminal charges or deport you depending on the discussion with the crown. At the end You will be inadmissible
