Will RCMP Criminal Record Check document that I got seven months ago be accepted now?

I have applied for PR through FSW express Entry, and I'm currently residing in Canada.

I just received a request letter in my profile indicating that I need to provide an RCMP Certified Criminal Record Check based on fingerprints.

I got this document back in January 2020. Can I upload that one now, or do I need to get a new and updated one?
